Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an open and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to understand and balance the needs of both employees and the organization.

Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to learning and development. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels within the organization.
